Madison Learning Center & Child Care is a state licensed, privately owned school that provides child
care, preschool programs, Pre-K programs, and before and after school care for children aged six weeks to six years.
The Center operates year-round, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-
6 p.m.. Conveniently located on Durham Road (Rt. 79) in Madison, the Center is 2½ miles from Exit 61 off I-95, and
four miles from the North Madison traffic circle.
We have been in operation since 1981 and offer a unique, enriching
environment to the children and families we serve. Staff turnover is low, and several staff members have worked at the center
for more than 20 years.
Located on three acres of
grounds, the Center has large fenced-in, shaded play yards, open grassy areas, and a vegetable and flower garden. The Center
recognizes the importance of outdoor play, and children are taken outside at least once a day, weather permitting. Each play
yard is bordered by forest and contains age-appropriate play structures, toys, sandboxes, and sports equipment.
The facility has seven classrooms for infants, toddlers, preschool, Pre-K, and kindergarten programs. Each room is bright,
airy, and well equipped with plenty of space for organized activities and free play.
